I had a great time making bookmarks from paint chips that I had collected from local hardware stores when doing projects at home. I attached the paint chips to cardstock to strengthen the bookmarks.

I love paint chips and also those counter top chips. Sometimes they give them freely if you ask. The counter top chips, especially with holes on top, make great jewlery backgrounds. I have used them for Sunday School name tags, adding neck cording, stamps and embellishments.
Thank you all for your kind comments. This is just my second time to post on Splitcoast and the notes from you folks have inspired me to do it more often! I check out the samples on Splitcoast nearly every day and most of my inspiration comes from the work of others. So I appreciate EVERYONE'S creativity.
